Immediately upon completion of ALL requirements, the candidate or a representative for the candidate must send application to Council to have all Rank Dates, Signatures, References, Merit badges, and Position(s) of responsibility verified in order to move forward with a B.O.R.
For timely processing, the application must be reviewed by the unit advancement person prior to submission. Everything up to and including "Signature of unit leader and unit committee chair signatures (on the reverse side of the application) must be complete. Refer to Guide to Advancement Section 220.127.116.11 Complete the Application
If there are no issues, verified application and Routing form will be returned to appropriate District Advancement Chairman or/Eagle Designee within 2 weeks.
