How do I get an Eagle scout service project fundraising application approved?

For timely processing, the application must be reviewed by Unit and District Advancement prior to submission.


Please submit complete fundraising application along with Candidate Promise and Project approval page (Project Proposal Page H) from the Eagle Project Workbook to SupportDesk@NYCScouting.org for processing.


The Eagle Scout Service Project Fundraising Application must be used in obtaining approval for service project fundraising of monies and for in-kind donations of materials, supplies, tools, or other needs.* Send the completed form with any attachments to SupportDesk@NYCScouting.org, where it will be routed to those responsible for approval. 


Only one form is required per service project even if there will be multiple events, participants, or donors.
