While we do not have a dedicated kitchenette or have a dedicated area or purely dedicated equipment. The chef does have his Serv Safe Allergens Certification and has a separate cleaning, handling and cooking procedures for special dietary needs and handles all special dietary needs meals personally with the utmost care. We also have separate storage for ingredients needed for these meals. The chef has served people with severe celiac disease, and wheat allergies before as well as many other allergies. You may email the chef alexander.peck@scouting.org with any questions or to arrange storage if you feel more comfortable bringing your own food.
